How to prepare before my reiki session?
- Make sure to wear comfortable clothing
- Have a light meal
- Refrain from caffeine / alcohol at least 2 hours prior session
- Stay hydrated with water
- Use the restroom if need
NOTE: Please allow 10- 15 mins sitting with practitioner before each session and address intentions.
How to unwind after my reiki session?
- Hydrate with water (1 – 2 glasses)
- Have a light snack
- Spend time in nature
- Meditation
- Have some alone time to reconnect with yourself
- Nap / sleep
NOTE: Ensure that you listen to your body and do what works for you after your session
