PREPARING BEFORE YOUR SESSIONS

How to prepare before my reiki session?

  • Make sure to wear comfortable clothing
  • Have a light meal
  • Refrain from caffeine / alcohol at least 2 hours prior session
  • Stay hydrated with water
  • Use the restroom if need

 

NOTE:  Please allow 10- 15 mins sitting with practitioner before each session and address intentions.

 

How to unwind after my reiki session?

  • Hydrate with water (1 – 2 glasses)
  • Have a light snack
  • Spend time in nature
  • Meditation
  • Have some alone time to reconnect with yourself
  • Nap / sleep

 

NOTE:  Ensure that you listen to your body and do what works for you after your session
